A further update to our recently posted Broadcom/VMware news – the ‘Day 2’ system cutover process will begin Tuesday 30th April at 5:00pm PDT (which is 10am Wednesday 31st AEST) and will see their systems go offline for about a week.
Customers will lose access to the following features at this time:
- User Registration
- License Management
- Users/Permissions
- EA Management
- Success Plans
- Subscription Delivery Platform (SDP)
- My Funds
- Purchase or Upgrade Products
- Enroll in Learning Courses
- Purchase Support Incidents
