Here at Touchpoint we never stop thinking about how we can improve the way we work together. A team who understands each other and works together effectively is one that enjoys their time at work and does a better job of servicing customers.

Recently our whole team got together for a session on DiSC profiling, which involved learning and understanding each other’s unique communication styles and personality traits. The information on the way each of us likes to work and approach problems will no doubt prove valuable in the day to day interactions in the Touchpoint office and warehouse. Just as importantly, this toolset helps us better understand the needs and preferences of each of our customers, and helps us to deliver a tailored customer service experience in the way they like best.
