Howie Li is one of our Technical Services Specialists. He brings a range of skills to the role after spending time in sales and customer service at JB Hi-Fi and then a more technical role at Scorptec where he worked on everything from system assembly and diagnostics to sales and warranty.
At Touchpoint Howie works closely with Jack to ensure all equipment is thoroughly tested and of the highest quality.
After a day of meticulously examining hardware, Howie enjoys a variety of pastimes including gaming, working on cars and watching TV before winding down with a relaxing drive to 7/11 for a hot chocolate.
