As our Key Accounts Manager, Hugh works closely with Touchpoint’s strategic customers, ensuring that their requirements are being met. His ability to provide a high level of customer service stems from several years of experience in relationship management at Optus and a couple of technology start-ups where he dealt with large, complex organisations in a variety of industries.
Away from the office Hugh can be found in the kitchen perfecting his coffee brewing technique, working out at the gym or at a gig trying to achieve his goal of seeing 200 bands in a year.
