Our final new team member to introduce for the time being is Shiven Mahendra.
Shiven is one of our Logistics Specialists here at Touchpoint and brings to us many years of experience in customer service and operations at Harvey Norman. Resolving issues and implementing creative solutions to provide customers with the best service possible is his forte.
Shiv is an only child but comes from big family (over 50 cousins!). When away from his desk, he loves to hang out with friends and family, walk the dog or rack up some gaming hours on his homebuilt PC. At the end of a long day Shiv’s favourite pastime is to sit on the back deck, lay down a Bob Marley record and leisurely sip on a single malt whiskey whilst gazing into the sunset with his dog’s head laying on his lap.
