Touchpoint were recently provided an opportunity to put forward a 110 device desktop solution for the Australian Government’s Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
The solution allowed Touchpoint to demonstrate several key areas of value that we can bring to such projects for large government organisations, including:
- Working with the preferred vendor – Dell – to source excellent, current model technology at the best price
- Prestaging the equipment at our Sydney facility
- Engineering the hardware and upgrading the RAM to 16GB in each device
- Separating the order for delivery to 5 capital city locations
- Preparing an asset register by serial number for each location
