A Government client needed to move from a ‘vintage’ Sun platform, to a ‘legacy’ Sun environment to maintain a certain Solaris OS and software application. The ‘upgrade’ consisted on multiple V880, V240 and V440 servers along with a 6140 and CSM200 storage arrays. In a very tight delivery time frame, we sourced, configured and tested the required equipment and delivered it to their Melbourne DC. We then had it all installed and and tested again on site where we handed over the hardware complete with a 24×7 maintenance contract providing complete peace of mind.
