We’re very excited to announce that Touchpoint has become one of the first ICT companies in the country to be awarded the new Australian Computer Society (ACS) Trust Mark®.
The ACS Trust Mark® is a certification for ICT businesses that deliver projects in excess of $250,000. It is an independent assurance that service providers comply with international standards in customer interfaces, competence, project management and document control, and is based on AS/ISO 20000.1:2013, Information technology – Service management – Part 1: Service management system requirements.
