Coming out of this second (and hopefully last!) lockdown recently has given us a great opportunity to get together as a whole team for the first time in many months.
It was also a great opportunity to share with the whole team our updated values. Our original values have been excellent and have served us really well as an organisation since in our inception in 2009.
The creation of our 2022 values has been a broader and more collaborative process and the end result is an evolution we’re really proud of.
Our new values retain a strong sense of the importance of the customer being at the core of our business whilst also bringing greater awareness of our people and our aspiration to create an employee experience that ensures our team have a much stronger sense of purpose and overall job satisfaction.
