Back in 2009 the world was grappling with the GFC, no one had heard of an iPad and a large hard drive was 1TB!
Having had many years in the IT industry, we believed Australia needed a customer service oriented IT provider that focused ONLY on the customers needs, not on the latest trend…and so Touchpoint was born.

Over 10 years, we’ve changed and evolved, however a few things remain the same;

It’s our job to understand what the customer wants and needs. We then use our experience to help them reach the right outcome.
Good people are hard to find, but it’s worth the effort.
Culture is vital. We’re always thinking about how to make Touchpoint a great place to work and that won’t change.
You can be friends with everyone.
Sometimes we compete, sometimes we partner. Doesn’t mean you can’t be friends.
