The Arista DCS-7800R3A-36DM-LC is a high-performance modular line card designed for the 7800R3 Series chassis, delivering 36 ports of 400GbE QSFP-DD connectivity with enhanced MACsec encryption. Built for large-scale data center spine and core deployments, it delivers up to 28.8 Tbps of full-duplex bandwidth with wire-speed Layer 2 and Layer 3 forwarding. The card features FlexRoute technology for internet-scale routing, deep buffer VOQ architecture for lossless forwarding, and comprehensive encryption capabilities including IEEE 802.1AE MACsec for secure data center interconnect and cloud applications.
