Our technical services team at Touchpoint are well trained across many platform types and have many years of experience delivering IT systems engineering services across a wide range of current and legacy systems including equipment from Dell, HP, Lenovo, IBM, Sun/Oracle, Dec Alpha and many others.

In addition our Sydney facility features:

• All of work surfaces protected against Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
• Low dust & temperature
• Multiple test benches & capacity to work on multiple systems simultaneously

When working on systems our team follow a tight set of systems and processes to ensure all equipment provided is of excellent quality and ready to deploy straight out of the box.

At the completion of each job a log is captured of all work which is then compiled into an Engineering and Compliance (EAC) test report. This report captures the part number and serial number of every component (eg CPUs, RAM, drives, adapters, PSUs etc) installed to assist any future work required. A hard copy of this report is placed inside the box for delivery to the customer with the new system.
