Since our inception in 2009 Touchpoint has worked closely with our customers in the Defence, Intelligence & National Security sector to solve a wide variety of ICT hardware-related challenges.

We have successfully delivered hundreds of projects either directly to the Department of Defence or in partnership with Prime contractors such as BAE, Boeing, Raytheon and Thales.

ICT HARDWARE SUPPLY:

We have a market-leading capability to source high quality ICT spares, parts and components that enable the ongoing sustainment and life-extension of critical legacy systems. Once the existing hardware environment has been stabilised we then support and guide the customer through the process of refreshing to a new technology platform.

ICT HARDWARE SUSTAINMENT:

As a natural extension of hardware provisioning, Touchpoint provides a range of sustainment solutions, any of which can be combined to tailor a solution as needed. These include spare parts sourcing, component testing, spares warehousing and asset management, logistics, advance swap out, back to base repairs and on site support.

Sun T5140 Configured and Delivered for NASA

NASA and the CSIRO work together to run the Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex. In this case they required a specifically configured Sun T5140 server. We were able to source this system from a supplier in the US, freight it to Sydney, then have it tested by a local engineer before delivering it to Canberra all within 14 days.
