If you prefer, particularly for customers with many similar systems across multiple locations, Touchpoint can store the spare parts kit at our facility and then coordinate the shipping of any required component to wherever it needs to go.
Included in this service is on-demand replenishment of any spares parts that need replacing. We’ll keep a tally of the items used and then send an itemised invoice once a month so you can easily track the costs of this service.
