All Refresh equipment is remanufactured by Cisco engineers in a comprehensive process in which each systems is returned to the Cisco factory and then extensively tested to ensure all components are of the highest quality. The equipment is then repacked in new boxes ready for delivery to the customer.

Cisco Refresh products are eligible for all the same Cisco licenses, warranty and support as standard product. The added bonus is that Cisco Refresh is typically in stock and available for quick delivery.
