HPE has recently announced a new addition to their portfolio of servers in the form of the Gen10 Plus. The new range is designed to help organisations meet ever expanding digital transformation goals.
The Gen10 Plus range includes significant enhancements to the ProLiant DL360 and DL380, Synergy 480 and Apollo 2000 systems in the form of:
- New Intel 3rd Generation Xeon Scalable processors which allow for enhanced compute processing performance, faster system performance and greater memory capacity.
- Double the capacity for new high speed memory.
- New storage control features as well as an expanded choice of tri-mode storage controllers and hardware RAID for enhanced performance.
- Store density enhancements, for example the DL380 Gen10 Plus can contain 70% more NVMe SSD drives.
