AirePleat G4 high capacity filters are rated to G4 per EN779:2012 and are suitable for variable air volume systems. Operating face velocity ranges are from 0 to 2.54 m/sec face velocity and can be used in most heating, air conditioning, or ventilating systems.

AirePleat G4 high capacity filters can easily upgrade existing flat pane or V-Form filters currently being used with little or in some circumstances less in static pressure.

Kimberly-Clark INTREPID 351H Pleat Filtration Media is used, which is designed to provide sustained efficiency with a low pressure drop. Media is 100% synthetic, so it will not absorb moisture or support microbial growth. It has a lower initial pressure drop than cotton-polyester and self-supporting pleat media which leads to energy savings during use.

AirePleat G4 high capacity disposable pleated filters are suitable as a primary filter to meet AS 1668.2 and can be installed in universal holding frames, side access applications and similar existing hardware. They may be used as pre-filters to extend the life of AirePak, PurePak, PureCell and AireFlow-V filters in these framing systems.
