RAD ASMi-52L/ETH/4W Ethernet 4-Wire SHDSL Modem / Multiplexer

The ASMi-52L/ETH/4W is a compact SHDSL modem designed to extend a single Ethernet service over two copper pairs using 4-wire SHDSL transmission. It enables reliable Layer 2 connectivity with increased throughput and improved reach compared to 2-wire variants, making it suitable for defence networks, utilities, transport systems, industrial facilities and campus environments.

By utilising dual-pair SHDSL technology, the unit delivers higher symmetrical bandwidth while maintaining stable, predictable performance across existing copper infrastructure. A single 10/100Base-T Ethernet interface provides transparent bridging for IP devices and network segments.

This model is ideal where two copper pairs are available and enhanced bandwidth is required without deploying fibre.
