The Ricoh G700SE Camera is perfect for harsh environments, being waterproof, dust resistant, and shock resistant. It comes with Bluetooth and WiFi standard, with optional GPS and barcode scanner. Five times optical zoom (28mm-140mm), 12.1 Megapixels, built-in 10m flash, and electronic level.
With a 2m drop resistance, dust resistance (grade 6), cold resistant to -10°C, chemical resistance (ability to disinfect with ethanol or sodium hypochlorite) and water resistant to IPX8 (2hours in up to 5m water), this is a tough, durable, camera, that can be used in virtually any condition and situation.
Bluetooth and WiFi allow you to transfer data wirelessly to other devices, such as computers, phones.
The 12.1 MP makes your photos more precise and vivid, while the built-in flash reaches up to 10m – perfect for dark sites such as tunnel interiors.
Electronic vibration correction takes two exposures at high speeds, with the differences being calculated. Skew correction allows rectangular objects photographed at an angle, to appear to have been shot squarely. Both images are recorded, so you can use the original one also. Firefighting mode enables you to shoot clear photographs in the difficult conditions for autofocus at the scene of a fire. Shaprness processing is also done to give the still images a sharper feel.
The G700SE uses a 28-140mm 5x optical zoom lens – convenient for shooting indoors and at other sites where it is not practical to back up.
The G700SE features a large 3.0inch 920,000 dot high-definition picture display. The wide angle and high contrast give high visibility even outdoors.
An electronic level is provided so you can hold the camera in a level position when shooting subjects such as buildings and interiors.
You can also store up to 20 text or voice memos together with the photograph.
