The MC850-54 utilizes the Intel C246 chipset which brings with it the latest Coffee Lake Core i up to Xeon level processing and ECC memory for critical applications. Room for full-height expansion cards allow for flexible configuration options for workstation or server functionality.
INDUSTRIAL DESIGN
The MC850-54 was designed for high-performance components without sacrificing functionality in a compact industrial form factor. A rear-mounted fan provides an optimized “V” pattern airflow to ensure efficient, full-system cooling over thermally sensitive components enabling for reliable performance even under a heavy computing load. Corrosion-resistant galvanized steel and anodized aluminum construction make the MC850 well suited for a wide range of industrial computing installations.
The MC850-54 eliminates the need for bulky external power adapters with a direct plug-in integrated 300W PSU, making installation clean and easy.
A VERSATILE PERFORMER
The MC850-54 is a flexible cross between server and desktop oriented features and I/O. Connect up to three independent displays with DisplayPort, HDMI, and VGA – a rarity for most server-grade pedigrees. Four USB 3.1 Gen2 ports (with four additional USB 2.0 ports for a total of 8 USB ports) bring high-speed connection, while an M.2 NVMe 22×42 slot provides blazing fast storage. The system supports up to four SATA3 drives, making it an attractive mini-server option when paired with NCSI, Wake-On-LAN, and PXE.
