Safran SecureSync 2400 Time Server
The SecureSync 2400 is a reliable and modular GNSS / GPS time server. It can output both 10MHz frequency as well as pulse-per-second PPS signals and PTP. The SecureSync 2400 is designed to synchronize critical defense and commercial infrastructures that require extreme reliability and security.
Do you need to synchronize all the nodes on your network? Do you need precise timestamping for a financial application? Do you need a master clock time signal for your distributed radar equipment? If you have any precision-timing requirement for your network, then the SecureSync 2400 time server is for you.
Modular Time Server
The SecureSync 2400 time sync server is built on a highly configurable platform to offer precisely what you need at the lowest cost of ownership. You can choose what types of interfaces and connectors you need.
The rear panel of the SecureSync offers you 6 option card slots. The flexibility with option cards enables you to add only what you need. You can synchronize your network with either NTP or PTP timing protocols. You can modify the inputs and outputs, depending on your project requirements. The SecureSync 2400 is also field-upgradeable, meaning you can swap out old option cards and slide in new ones.
Resilient and Reliable
Greater resiliency in the SecureSync grandmaster clock is available through a multi-layered approach that can leverage anti-jam antennas, Safran’s complete Interference Detection and Mitigation (IDM) suite, time error minimization with high performance internal oscillators for holdover and phase noise, and onboard clocks that can sync to many external references. This means that the time server can ensure that your network stays synchronized, even if there are signal interferences from jamming or spoofing.
Precision Timing For Your Network
SecureSync is the key enabler of a highly available time and frequency synchronization distribution architecture.
It adapts to demanding infrastructure environments, with extended temperature support (-20°C to +65 °C). Time distribution to legacy systems can be achieved with a range of synchronization signals, while timing protocols (NTP, PTP) are available for synchronizing of recent systems through the networks. Configure to your needs with the ability to extend the number of option cards up to six per unit. And, alternative signals including LEO PNT are available.
