Touchpoint would like to welcome the most recent addition to the team, Pedr Cain. Pedr joins Touchpoint in the role of Key Accounts Specialist.
As a Customer Service Specialist here at Touchpoint, Pedr is tasked with ensuring customers receive the high quality of customer service that we strongly believe sets us apart in this industry. Pedr built and sold his first computers while in university and has been assisting customers with their data centre and ‘hard to find’ IT needs for most of the 20+ years since.
When he’s not logged onto his email it’s generally because he’s watching a live performance somewhere, hiking in some remote corner of the globe or 20m underwater. In the remainder of his time Pedr pursues his long term goal of “completing” Netflix.
