The IER 560 is designed with the agent in mind. It is characterized by its attention to reliability, performance, ergonomics capability, durability and overall safety. The IER 560 uses a very modular design for its internal and critical components to substantially decrease intervention and repair time:

  •  The cutter/burster module as well as the print head module are designed to be easily and quickly removed and replaced.
  • Once replaced, modules are automatically adjusted ensuring a reliable printing with no need for time consuming adjustments.
  •  The paper feed module is also completely accessible.
  •  A full set of adjustment and testing software are integrated into the printer. They can be used either at the workshop or on site.
  • LEDs are integrated on the paper path to indicate failing modules.

USER-FRIENDLY

Paper stocks can be easily installed behind the printer as well as under the printer. Loading the paper is simple and automatic. The printer detects each paper stock width and length and ensures a flawless alignment during loading. This is most beneficial for intensive usage and in tight work places.

SAFETY

The IER 560 printer ensures a high protection for the agent and the maintainer. It is impossible to open the printer without disconnecting the power supply cable thus eliminating electrocution risks. The cutting module is automatically deactivated when the printer is open.
