This week, Touchpoint had the pleasure of joining Dell Technologies at the Synthetic Environment Users Group (SEUG) 2025, held at Macquarie University’s City Campus in Sydney. As on of the key events in the Defence technology calendar, SEUG brings together thought leaders from Defence, academia, and industry to explore advancements in simulation, training, and synthetic environments.

Throughout the day, attendees gained insights into how technology is shaping the future of Defence and training systems. In particular, Touchpoint and Dell showcased collaborative solutions designed to help organisations overcome complex challenges and accelerate innovation. These solutions are critical for Defence projects that require secure, scalable, and high-performance environments.

Moreover, the event highlighted the importance of partnerships in driving progress. Following the presentations, Touchpoint was proud to host a networking session. This provided an excellent opportunity for attendees to connect, share ideas, and build stronger relationships within the simulation and technology community. By fostering collaboration, SEUG ensures that Defence and industry remain at the forefront of technological advancement.

We’d like to extend a big thank you to PLEXSYS Australia for hosting such a valuable and forward-looking event. Their commitment to advancing synthetic environments continues to drive meaningful conversations and practical solutions.

Why does this matter? Because Defence organisations face growing demands for realistic training environments and integrated systems. Touchpoint works closely with partners like Dell to deliver mission-ready solutions that meet these evolving needs.
