In line with our ongoing goal of ‘continuous improvement’, we are pleased to announce that Touchpoint has now been certified to ISO 9001-2016 standard for Quality Management Systems.
This key initiative underpins our increasing capability as a provider of high quality ICT products and services – in particular to our Federal Government and Defence Sector customers.
At this time we’d like to formally acknowledge our Head of Quality and manager of this project, Pedr Cain, for his excellent work to plan and then deliver this project to a high standard and within the originally agreed project timeframe. Well done Pedr!
